ITINERARY
After breakfast in Arusha, depart for the Serengeti via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy scenic views, Maasai villages, and wildlife sightings along the way. Arrive at the Serengeti’s Naabi Hill Gate for registration, then begin your first game drive en-route to the campsite. Expect to see giraffes, zebras, elephants, lions, and possibly cheetahs as you explore the Seronera Valley. Dinner & Overnight: Budget Campsite inside Serengeti (public campsite)
Activities: Early morning & afternoon game drives Start your day with an early morning game drive — the best time for predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. Later, continue exploring the vast plains, tracking wildlife around the rivers and kopjes. In the afternoon, begin your drive to Ngorongoro. Enjoy sunset views over the crater rim as you arrive at your campsite. Dinner & Overnight: Simba Campsite (Ngorongoro Crater Rim)
Enjoy an early breakfast, then descend 600 meters into the stunning Ngorongoro Crater — a natural wildlife sanctuary packed with animals. The crater offers a great chance to see huge herds of buffalo, zebras, wildebeests, lions, hyenas, hippos, and — if you're lucky — the rare black rhino. After your game drive and picnic lunch, ascend the crater wall and drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon. End of safari.
